Wellbeing activities with Corporate Personal Fitness (Q4)

Wednesday October 23rd – 12pm-4pm

Each quarter we’ve arranged to have Johnny and his team at Corporate Personal Fitness (CPF) come in and provide some wellbeing support to the whole team, in our ongoing commitment to make your wellbeing a priority.

CPF will come in between 12-4pm and provide the following services:

Desk therapy sessions

2 hours of going around your desks in the office and offering advice, short massages

Musculoskeletal (MSK) clinics

CPF’s highly trained sports massage therapists will conduct 15-minute one-to-one sessions using techniques such as trigger point therapy. You will be able to book your session in advance to find a time that works for you – more information will be coming soon!

Yoga flow session 

CPF will also be putting on a 90-minute Yoga flow class, where people can join as and when they want, for as long as they want. Giving you the opportunity to get away from your desk and do some light stretches and meditation.
